How do I prepare for a renovation?: Gather what you know — plans, photos, a rough budget and timing — and think about how you want the space to work. That's enough for a first conversation.
What materials suit a coastal home?: Close to the bay, salt and wind are the enemy. We'll recommend cladding, decking, fixings and finishes chosen to last in Peninsula conditions.
